This Privacy Policy describes how NeuralBubble Joint Stock Company (“NeuralBubble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Botany (the “App”), including any integrations with Meta / Facebook technologies such as the Facebook Graph API and embedded video players.

2. Information we collect

When you use Botany, we may collect the following types of information:

• Technical information – such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs generated when you access our site.
• Content you provide – such as video URLs, optional descriptions of videos, and questions or prompts you type into the AI chat or Bible Study features.
• Meta / Facebook Platform Data (if applicable) – limited data required to render and analyze Facebook video posts, such as the public URL of a post and associated embed metadata. We do not collect your Facebook password.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Render video content and embeds from platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
• Generate AI-assisted overviews, knowledge cards, and plant care guidance.
• Maintain and improve the functionality, performance, and security of Botany.
• Detect abuse, debug technical issues, and protect our services and users.

4. Use of Meta / Facebook Platform Data

When you analyze a Facebook video URL, our App may use Meta’s Graph API and oEmbed endpoints to retrieve video metadata and to render the Facebook video player.

In line with the Meta Platform Terms , we:

• Access only the data necessary to render and analyze the selected post or video.
• Do not sell Meta / Facebook Platform Data.
• Do not share Meta / Facebook Platform Data with third parties except as required to operate the App or as required by law.
• Retain Platform Data only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. In particular:

• Transient data used to generate AI responses (for example, video descriptions or prompts) may be stored temporarily in order to provide the service and troubleshoot issues.
• Meta / Facebook Platform Data is retained only as needed to render the content, generate insights, and comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable laws.

If you would like to request deletion of your data related to Botany, you may contact us at support@neuralbubble.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate your data (for example, approximate date of use and any project or session ID shown in the App).

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as analytics scripts like Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics) to understand how Botany is used and to improve the experience. These tools may collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage information; we do not use them to sell personal data.

7. Legal basis and international transfers

We process personal data where necessary to provide the App, to comply with our legal obligations, and where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving Botany. Because our infrastructure may be hosted in data centers outside your country of residence, your information may be transferred internationally in accordance with applicable laws.
